This form gives us an idea of what kind of pet you're looking for, as well as how informed you are about this specie of parrot. It also helps us match you with the perfect baby Budgie to suit your needs. Please be truthfull. There are no wrong answers!

You can not adopt a Budgie without first filling out this application.

After filling this out, you will be placed on the waiting list and updated regularly as the eggs hatch and grow into wonderful babies!

Your name & Shipping address are used to send seasonal, friendly postcards, important documents (when necessary), and are used to contact you regarding babies available, if we are unable to contact you via email or phone . We only ask your age to verify that you are above 18 years of age, or if you are younger than 25, you are financially secure to care for a parrot. Your e-mail address is used to update you on your baby, and send you special offers like coupons & information regarding sales, if you click to be added to our mailing list during the application process. Your phone number is only used to update you on your baby, if we are not able to contact you via email. We do not sell, distribute or in any other way give out your contact or other information.
